La ilaha illa Anta Subhanaka Dua Meaning in English
The translation of Ayat e Karima is as follows:
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.
Let’s understand the meaning of this Dua by dividing it into 3 segments.
La ilaha illa – This describes the oneness of Allah. There is no God but Allah.
Anta Subhanaka – This describes the glorification of Allah.
Inni Kuntu Minaz Zalimin – This describes the acknowledgment of sin.
Verily, Allah (SWT) loves those who repent and ask for forgiveness. He is always ready to forgive. So take the benefit of this Dua as much as you can!
Remember the story of Prophet Yunus (A.S), the way he shed tears remembering Allah (SWT) for forgiveness, the way he admitted his faults, and how he was saved from distress.
