The English transliteration (Roman English) of this Dua is:

Allahumma Inni As’aluka Bi Anni Ashhadu Annaka Antalllah, La Ilaha Illa Anta Al-Ahadus-Samadu, Alladhi Lam Yalid Wa Lam Yulad, Wa Lam Yakun Lahu Kufuwan Ahad

The meaning (English translation) of this Dua is as follows:

O Allah, indeed, I ask you by my testifying that You are Allah, there is none worthy of worship except You, the One, As-Samad, the one who does not beget, nor was begotten, and there is none who is like Him

In Arabic, the Dua is:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Authentic Hadith Regarding This Dua

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Buraidah that his father said:

“The Prophet (SAWS) heard a man say: ‘Allahumma! Inni as’aluka bi-annaka Antallahul-Ahadus-Samad, alladhi lam yalid wa lam yuwlud, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad (O Allah! I ask You by virtue of Your being Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, Who begets not nor was begotten, and there is none co-equal or comparable to Him).’ The Messenger of Allah (SAWS) said: ‘He has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, which if He is asked thereby He gives, and if He is called upon thereby He answers.'” – Sunan Ibn Majah 3857

Let’s see another Hadith of Jami at-Tirmidhi 3475.

`Abdullah bin Buraidah Al Aslami narrated from his father, who said:

“The Prophet (ﷺ) heard a man supplicating, and he was saying: ‘O Allah, indeed, I ask you by my testifying that You are Allah, there is none worthy of worship except You, the One, As-Samad, the one who does not beget, nor was begotten, and there is none who is like Him (Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi annī ashhadu annaka antallāh, lā ilāha illā ant, al-aḥaduṣ-ṣamad, alladhī lam yalid wa lam yūlad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad).” He said: “So he said: ‘By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, the one which if He is called upon by it, He responds, and when He is asked by it, He gives.

It is highly recommended you memorize this Dua and recite it on a regular basis. This Dua can be recited in Sujood, before your make Tasleem, or you can make this Dua anytime you want!
