Asha Parveen

Asha Parveen Janeefer is a Customer Affairs Officer for over 22 years with one of the leading airlines in the UAE and a mum of one. She handles customer relations, customer complaints, Civil Aviation requests and court cases. She is well versed with various laws in the Aviation field such as Montreal Convention, European Union Regulation, and US Department of Transportation. She studied Bachelor of Commerce at Calicut University and MBA in Marketing from Vinayaka Mission University. Her other interests include painting and reading. She is currently enthusiastically exploring studies in Islam.
