Good health is a true blessing from Allah (SWT). People often get overwhelmed when they fall sick due to unfortunate reasons. Islam teaches us to take care of our well-being, and the one who follows & practices the teachings of the Holy Qur’an & Hadith will witness a healthy life. There’s a Dua for seeking good health from Allah (SWT) which is Allahumma Afini Fi Badani. This Dua was recited by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).
This supplication can be considered for overall well-being. Make sure you get habituated to reciting this Dua on a regular basis. It is Sunnah to recite this Dua 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.

Allahumma ‘Afini Fi Badani Full Dua in English
The English transliteration of this Dua is:
Allahumma ‘afini fi badani, Allahumma ‘afini fi sam’i, Allahumma ‘afini fi basari La ilaha illa anta

English translation:
O Allah, grant health in my body, O Allah, grant health in my hearing, O Allah, grant health in my sight. There is no god worthy of being worshipped except You.’

Narrated AbuBakrah (R.A):
AbdurRahman ibn AbuBakrah said that he told his father: O my father! I hear you supplicating every morning: “O Allah! Grant me health in my body. O Allah! Grant me good hearing. O Allah! Grant me good eyesight. There is no god but Thou.” You repeat them three times in the morning and three times in the evening.
He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) using these words as a supplication and I like to follow his practice. [Sunan Abu Dawud 5090]
