As we all know, water represents purity in Islam. There are numerous benefits of water, be it related to health or purity. The body needs plenty of water to digest the food we eat, as dehydration makes it more difficult for the food to digest which results in a stomach ache.

Follow the timing. Keep drinking water after you wake up, before eating food, after eating food (avoiding drinking while you eat), and before going to bed.

But remember – never waste the water. Even a wastage of a single drop of water will be questionable during the day of judgment.

And waste not by excess, for Allah loves not the wasters.

2. Watch What You Eat
